Floor Joists Not Square to Beam (Or Parallel to Each Other)

Ive been renovating my 1940s cape cod house, and over the years ive installed a beam in the ceiling of the first floor. Since then, ive gone room by room and installed my floor joists as needed. However, I noticed something as im about to start framing knee walls. Some of my floor joists are not square to the beam, and some of the floor joists are not parallel with each other. What starts out as 16" OC at the beam becomes 15 1/4" OC at the far end of the joists (16 ft away). Will this cause big issues when it comes time to install subfloor? I figured i can scab on 2x's as needed with construction adhesive to ensure everything stays strong. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Replace Struts and Springs or Just Springs?

My GF has a 2019 Nissan Kicks. The bottom of her coil spring broke on the passenger side. The car only has about 50k miles on it. Would it be okay to just swap left and right springs and reuse the other strut components, or replace everything (struts/springs/etc)? Im leery of the strut assemblies, they seem way too cheap. Id rather prefer just getting everything from Nissan to keep OEM. Only problem is that doing everything OEM would be very expensive.
