Are these cavities? 😓

19M with Sjogrens disease. In the past I had 7 cavities develop within 6 months but I've been brushing my teeth whenever I have sugar and been flossing and stuff so I've been more careful. I'm wondering are these cavities, particularly the top right one. Thanks in advance. I hate this disease.

Just an appreciation for steam games on the thor

I thought I would play mostly ds and 3ds games on the Thor but I just love being able to fire up a round of Isaac or enter the gungeon super easily. Such a dope device.
