Trying to make it for a substantial amount of time for once. My longest streak has been around 50 days and I really wanna make it to at LEAST 120. Wish me luck

It’s been surprisingly fine, even though I’m unemployed and living with my parents lol. I’m too old for this and despite the bone-deep shame of being 30 and living with my parents, I’m grateful they’ve been supporting me through my… alcohol journey in the past year haha. I haven’t done a program or anything just therapy and a LOT of introspection

I had my first craving today, but I just had to remind myself that drinking just weighs me down. If I ever want to move forward (and move out ) I need to let go of it
