Got this bag from Poshmark, it’s so beautiful but I can’t find anything like it online, and there is no leather tab with a serial stamp. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone! Poshmark authenticated it, but I received it and realized the photos didn’t show how the handle had been poorly attached and that a screw is missing, so now I am suspicious.
