Gemini needs training to follow instructions

Gemini can't follow basic instructions.

I just spent 17 turns with explicit instructions to not generate any images at all. Gemini kept trying to randomly generate images for no reason.

The tool spam is crazy. Once one image is generated, it stops functioning as an LLM.

Google keeps trying to cheap out by using fewer and fewer learnable parameters, but the enshitification is noticable at this point.

Google has historically had one of the strongest NLP groups in the world. BERT, for non generative applications, was dominant in the 2019-2021 era. But, Gemini just isn't it, chief.

Trying to make a profit by sabotaging your own flagship LLM will just get you snuffed out.

EDIT: From a consumer's perspective, Gemini is already in the kiddy pool of LLMs. Why worsen an already shitty LLM? Image generation is more expensive anyways.

Roblox the Bear and Bullish case.

It is no secret that RBLX, at this point, is a highly volatile meme stock fueled by reckless speculation. Meme stocks typically print when rallies occur, but, consumer sentiment is at an all time low with people like Chris Hansen are denouncing the company. Many attorney general have filed lawsuits against Roblox after misconduct was found. As this is the case, Roblox is in a gray space between bearish and bullish prospects. Here are my opinions on the bullish and bearish cases for RBLX

Bull case:

Roblox has decent fundamentals. Tech companies do not need to make net profit to survive if they have decent growth potential. It is normal for tech companies to operate at a net lose as long as they continue to grow.

That being said, Roblox, which has always operated at a net lose, may reach profitability within 5 years.

Roblox is the most popular game in the world by play hours.

Almost every kid plays Roblox. It is a recognizable brand that dominates the space and has a monopoly. People play games where other people are.

Bear case:

Roblox operates at a net loss and user growth has slowed. They operate in just about every country, often at a loss. We are nearing user saturation.

Roblox needs growth to fuel speculation, if it nears user saturation before profitably, it implodes.

Roblox game's are pay to win and often rely on loot box mechanics. One investigation could get the platform shutdown in some EU countries. Many Roblox games are just legalized gambling for children. There is massive regulatory risks.

Meme stocks rely on consumer sentiment to rally. Roblox has negative consumer sentiment. Celebrities like Chris Hansen have denounced the company for its infringements against child safety.

Many countries, states and attorney generala have filed lawsuits against Roblox due to its mishandling of child safety. While this is not a threat to Roblox's financials, it decreases positive investor and user sentiment, which is required to fuel capital influx.

If Roblox can not grow in the short term, it is dead in the water. In the eyes of investors, if a stock is not growing, it is dead.

It has lost over 30% of its value since it's first day of IPO. This is 5 years of negative growth. If you bought Roblox 5 years ago, you would have lost money. If you bought the Nasdaq, you would have just about doubled your money.

Roblox needs new leadership.

ROBLOX is objectively in a good position. They have a monopoly on youth gaming. Adopt Me, a game on Roblox, at one point, had more concurrent players than CSGO. It is the most popular game in the world by far.

Unfortunately, the CEO is a pedophile with a foot in his mouth. He literally said he wanted to turn Roblox into a dating site at one point, despite most of the users being under 13.

How they are handling child safety is a god damn nightmare. David Baszucki is a demented fuck.

Roblox stock would skyrocket if this guy was removed, but, he can't be removed since he has a huge amount of Class B shares.

CMV: I have an extremely hard time feeling sorry for romance scam victims.

Hi, I have watched over 50 episodes of social catfish, also known as "CattfishedOnline" on YouTube. I have an extremely hard time feeling any amount of empathy for the victims.

Most victims are actively cheating on their spouses. A number of the victims complain about bedroom problems from their 70 year old partners.

Often times, the victims act like they are still in highschool. They married a highschool bad boy/hot girl, and get upset when they age, making them want to trade in the "old model" for the new one, forgetting the fact they have aged too.

All the victims are either greedy or lustful. One woman explicitly stated her husband "was not able to give her the life she wanted" travelling the world on a "private cruise ship". The men are creeps and the women are gold diggers.

Even when given concrete evidence that they are talking to a scammer, most of them continue to talk to scammers anyways. Driven by greed, lust and envy, they dance into the flame, and ignore the heat as their gossamer wings are fried.

I honestly feel more sympathy for the scammers. Most scammers are from Nigeria. Their country has been ravaged by colonial oppressors. Having their oppressors hand them their wealth because they can't control their greed, envy or lust, must feel validating. 10k$ is enough to set you up for life in Nigeria. 60k$ means you are rich.

Please, change my view on this. I beg you.

Edit: Don't downvote anyone trying to change my mind even if you disagree with their opinion.
