Ive been thinking about getting a “new” bike since getting my last one stolen in 2023. It’s a huge upgrade to the one i used to have which was just a second hand Apollo ladies bike. Can probably drop the price to $650 but just asking if it’s worth it to buy this one? Im really keen to start long bike rides.
20f. Thinking about trying road biking for a while now, don’t really know anything about bikes so yeah is this a good one? I’m experienced in mountain biking but never owned one. I can see the chain is rusty but I’m pretty sure i can just buy a new one. Like get it serviced? But um yeah is this a good one? Can probably drop the price to $120 or $100.
So i recently got promoted to DSM about a month ago and I have been fucking up a lot. It’s like everyday my store manager scolds me. Every day. And there’s this shift manager that used to be DSM that gets favoured a lot. Dont get me wrong, he is like wayyyyy better than me. He just has extreme anxiety but like he is the fastest loader in the store. But anyway, when it’s busy and load needs to get done, our store manager favours him and puts me on register for hours even though im a DSM. I dont know how to go about this because it makes me feel so small. And i think it confuses the store assistants on who’s the boss. Even im confused. It’s happened twice so far.
Am i overthinking? What do i do?
