Jet has the turn rate of a snail

I’ve tried making an MiG 29 inspired aircraft, but now I’ve come into a huge problem regarding manouvering. I either become insanely unstable and if I reduce pitch authority it can’t even pitch enough to get up from the ground. I’m lost and I have no idea how to fix it
BTW I know this isn’t a screenshot or the best image you’ve seen in your life, but genuine help only in the comments please 🙏

Where can I get my T3PA fixed?

I currently live in the uk and I’ve faced problems recently concerning my t3pa pedals. Firstly the clutch stopped responding, then my brakes and now my accelerator. Id really appreciate knowing how I can fix this.
