Weight Loss System (consistent)

From nearly 100kg (220 lbs) down to 70kg (154 lbs) — and now a D1 athlete.
Two years ago I was too fat to even play football. I was stuck in the same cycle: go all in for a few weeks, lose some weight, then fall off again. I was tired of starting over.
So I finally made a real decision. No more excuses. I built a system I could actually stick to — even on bad days.
The weight dropped. My body changed. And this year I made the college team as a D1 athlete.
At school my friends started coming up to me like “bro… how the hell did you do this?” I helped a few of them and watched them transform too. That’s when I realized — I don’t want to keep this to myself anymore.
I turned everything I learned into simple, sustainable plans (the exact system I used). No crazy tracking, no extreme restrictions — just real consistency that works.
