I helped a some new player lately (at least 4) sometimes I donate prime and sometimes I helped them farm stuff like argon crystals, tellurium, orokin cell neural sensors etc to help them craft it since most of them have no access to farm those resources yet. We communicate via chat so it's a bit clunky but I often told them to come to my positions if I find any of those rare item, and I always assume they got it.

Well, turns out at the end of the mission they don't got it or only got 1 or 2 while I got plenty. At first I thought they just miss a spot that I marked where the resources dropped or maybe it was my resourceful retriever mods doing the work.

But when one of them reach perita rebellion and ask my help to farm servoris, I noticed the amount he got is far off from what I got. Turns out he doesn't put Fetch or Vacuum on his companion 😀. Mind you he already reach the old peace and never equipped this mod and I didn't blame him for it

I asked the other new tenno if they equipped those mods and nope they didn't. They've been missing a bunch of resources throughout their journey because this function is not built-in on our warframes. Vacuum is a vital function in this game and yet a bunch of new tenno didn't aware of this because the game never expose you to this mod existence when you first started and the fact this function have to exist as a separate mods doesn't help either. Why DE?
