Hello. These spots on my cheeks happened 4 years ago after expigment, because I couldn't protect me from the sun. My stains were very few but they multiplied. Now it has spread. I used hydroquinone and expigment again (I protected it better than the sun) but there was no improvement. I had salmon dna mesotherapy last week. It doesn't seem to work. They recommended traxenamic acid mesotherapy for these stains. What else can I do? What should I use? I want to get rid of these stains. I use daylong as a sunscreen
