The guy behind those daycare videos back in January was orchestrated by the WH to move media attention away from the Epstein files

I didn’t have any confirmation back in January, but I suspected this. And this is my first time being exposed to American mass media and I was able to figure it out.

So How do Americans keep falling for this again and again?

The playbook is so obvious: Pick an unrepresented community and put them in the middle of a media storm, so the failings of the Prez gets overlooked

(Eg This Summer’s latest non-scandal culture war of transgender people joining the WNBA becoming headline news, so the Prez failing war in Ir\*n, saying he doesn’t care if grocery and gas prices are high and isnotreal and 🇺🇸 armies becoming interlinked gets overshadowed)

To any remaining pan-Africanist’s here’s a video of an African guy in America making a joke about Somali’s starving in 2026 in front of TWO white guys randomly. In the middle of Somali’s being targeted by president, ICE and immigration forces in America

https://youtube.com/shorts/cjvGNTo2-fg?is=89slwVRPItFiOylM

Before the video ended I knew he would mention Somalia. I’ve heard Africans talk about starving children in Somalia so many times I know what to expect.

And the worst thing is - this was so unnecessary. He could’ve made the joke about another poor country like the Philippine’s but no he just had to make it about Africans. This is how west Africans have internalized so much self hatred. They don’t have the pride we do. I mean imagine a Somali joking about starving Nigerians in front of two white people on a podcast?? It would never happen. Our African pride wouldn’t let us. But look at these people. Allhamdulilah we are nothing like them and don’t hate ourselves.

I wish Somali’s thought long term about where we are politically

Sadly the majority of Somalis don’t think long term about what’s happening. Arabs are on their way of being honorary whites especially amongst white liberals who have taken the Palestinian cause to heart. Somali’s are on the path of being ghettoised both from the Muslim community and the black community (which will be even worse after that Sabrina Elba movie comes out and black people believe Somalis should legitimately be treated like shit for the anti-black racism that will be on TV) Somali’s think we’ll be alongside Arabs and Muslims as the Palestinian cause becomes more popular in mainstream society. No we’re going to be like Haitians - hated by both sides, hated by both whites and blacks, no allies and with a country that’s always in the media for being in perpetual chaos (ie we’ll be forever refugees)

I have a difficult time with visas and passport because of my parents!

I was born in Italy and now I’m British but my parents when I was 4 decided to put my passport as I was born in Somalia and even changed my date of birth.

It was always difficult with Somalia on my passport as my place of birth but since trump came in it’s gotten so much worse!! Since trump put Somalia on a banned list there’s so many extra steps whenever I’m getting my visa approved or going through passport control in American airports.

My parents have made my life unnecessarily very complicated even though I’ve never been there and I’m completely European born and raised

I’m so annoyed at them !!! Every time I’m at a US visa passport control I tense and get so scared because I know they check extra because my British passport says my place of birth is Somalia. Now I might even have to deal with ICE too. I feel so targeted — I can’t just breeze through an airport because I’m scared of extra checks because my passport says I was born in Somalia even though it wasn’t my fault and happened to me when I was a child (and mind you I was begging them not do it when I was a kid but who will listen to a 4 year old???)

I want to correct my passport and show that I was born in Italy. I actually had Italian citizenship through my father as soon as I was born and I had an Italian passport although I don’t know where that went. I’m not in contact with my father anymore but I might be able to find his number. How would I be able to rectify this? I’ve always been scared of being accused of fraud even though this wasn’t my choice and happened to me when I was 4 but I no longer want to be scared and I want to get it corrected. I don’t know if I have an Italian birth certificate that would be up to my dad but I don’t know if he’ll even give it to me because he’s such a prick and probably doesn’t care that he ruined my life.

Do you guys remember the people who told us at the start of the year we are over exaggerating racism against Somali’s and it’s all to due with trump?

This is the GOP candidate for Minnesota governor

Hatred against somali’s goes beyond trump and will have a lasting effect well after trump leaves

We can’t sit back on anti-Somali racism in the west anymore

Our parents didn’t do shit and we have to face the consequences for their inaction

It’s time for us to stand up against this so our children don’t bear it. Lawsuits, media organizations, pressure. We need to start moving. To any nihilists who say we’re poor, we don’t have the resources etc we have to start somewhere or it will get worse and worse until we can no longer walk the streets safely
