Don’t know if it’s a coincidence or luck, but doing 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning has has me sleeping 9 hours for the past few days

No middle of the night wakeups, just falling asleep relatively soon after getting in the bed, and sleeping through the night. I hope it stays consistent, but I don’t like that I’d have to do cardio every day to achieve this.

How long could I have had this?

23m. For context, I’m not fat/obese, I was an athlete for most of my life until college, always been super lean. I started developing symptoms around age 19 or so and got diagnosed at 22.

Is there a way to tell how long I’ve had this for? (Also, think I may have some sort of sleep apnea/uars combination but idk). I am truthfully worried that I’ve had it for most of my life and the symptoms just didn’t appear until later because my body couldn’t mask it anymore. Could it have stunted my growth or puberty in some way?

Or did it manifest itself at around the same time symptoms started? From what I understand, symptoms don’t always show up immediately, they get cumulatively worse over time, unless I’m wrong…

Any thoughts or comments would be helpful. Just sort of wondering out loud.

What type of music do you listen to when you workout?

Or are you like me and prefer no headphones, just vibes?

I always feel like I have a better workout when I don’t listen to music, but maybe it’s the music I listen to.
