Tested positive about a week ago. Took doxycycline for a week and symptoms are coming back. Don’t have the money to take another test considering there almost $200 a test but I’m able to buy more antibiotics without it.

The web is giving me the same to options, doxycycline for 2x a day for 7 days or azithormycin for 1x a day for 4 days. Should I go back on dox(prefer not too) or should I hit the azithormycin?
