I get giants tv on mlb. It is telling me it's blacked which is impossible since im paying for in market. Anyone else blacked out?

I was hoping to add roms. When I put my sd card in the windows reader it shows E and F drive. When I click them it says unrecognizable. When I tried disk internal for Linux I was able too see the drive and easy roms folder but it was read only. I dont seem to have any way to access the sd card in windows and add roms. Help please
