I did two round of hygienic and PRX treatment, next on is Dermapen4, could that be a problem solver for this texture or should i continue with PRX?

I only see these bumps when i have my makeup on. My current routine is Biologique recherche Lait, p50w and Dermopurifiante cream. I was on 2 PRX and cleansing treatment but what’s this 🙄🙄🙄

I’m using BR milk, p50 and dermopurifiante cream for a month now but this isnt moving from my face, what is it? what should i do? xx
