I’m really curious what the boxing experts here think about the upcoming Usyk vs. Rico fight in Egypt.

my prediction : Usyk wins by KO in Round 3.

Explanation:

Round 1: I see this as a examining phase for Usyk. He’ll spend the opening round reading Rico’s rhythm, reactions, and how his kickboxing habits translate (or actually fail to translate) into a pure boxing environment.

Round 2: I think this is where the gap starts to show. Usyk’s timing and angles should begin overwhelming Rico, leading to a knockdown. Rico’s toughness might get him through the round, but the momentum shifts hard.

Round 3: By now Usyk has the full blueprint. I see him breaking Rico’s structure, landing clean combinations, and closing the show with a decisive KO.

I came across bookmaker odds for the boxing match next saturday: Rico at 6%, a draw at 2%, and Usyk at 92% after normalization. I’m wondering how realistic you think these chances are and why. Do these numbers reflect the fighters’ actual skill levels and styles, or do they seem way off?
