Anyone using NotebookLM for cross-referencing data across multiple reports?

I deal with a lot of recurring structured reports where the same info shows up across different documents, sometimes with small discrepancies. I've started feeding a batch into one notebook and asking targeted questions ("where do these two reports disagree on X") instead of reading everything manually.

Works better than I expected for catching mismatches, but I'm hitting limits once the source count gets large — organization gets messy fast.

Anyone found a good system for managing notebooks once you're past 15-20 sources? Curious how others structure this for ongoing/recurring work vs. one-off research.

This is the first Skynet Day (Aug 29) where it's actually plausible that this is happening somewhere in the world

How many videos do you actually need in a UGC portfolio?

I’m currently putting together my portfolio and I keep seeing completely different advice about how much to include.

Some people say 5–10 strong examples is enough, while others recommend having a lot more.

Do you think a smaller portfolio with really good videos is better, or is it worth having a bunch of different samples?
