If every finance job paid exactly the same, which one would you actually pick?

Take salary out of the equation for a second.

If investment banking, FP&A, asset management, private equity, corporate finance, and every other finance role all paid exactly the same, which path would you go with?

Feels like compensation drives a lot of career decisions in finance, so it's interesting to think about what people would choose if money wasn't part of it. Would you prioritize the work itself, the lifestyle, or something else?

Curious what everyone would pick and why.
