Pregrade setup discussion?

Hey hey so I’ve had a stack of over 200 SIRs and other desirable IRs and stuff that theoretically is worth checking for grading potential. Lots are pretty easy when you can see a pretty clear 60/40 border somewhere and you probably don’t want to bother with a modern 9 so that’s out.

My issue I am having is with my super clean copies that I think have a shot at a BGS10 pristine. Edges, corners, and surface are easy enough but when I try to get centering figured out I run into a few things. Firstly most cards have a slight natural bend to them due to foiling so I’ve been measuring the centering in a hard sleeve, but I cannot get the angle down properly even using the card centering axis adjustments. How are you guys lining up things so your photos are centered? Secondly, my lighting setup with the hard sleeves makes it difficult to distinguish the edges due to shadowing and such inside the sleeve. What lights are you guys using? How many and where are you setting them? Been fighting with one card for an hour now and just trying to think about what I can do to improve my process. Thank yall for the help!

Damage Calculations?

Hey guys I am at the point where I am trying to maximize my damage output and am unsure when taking less attack or magic attack for something like a +5% damage is worth it, and if we know for sure how to calculate that line?

Also I was not sure exactly which stat mattered for what. Like if I have a warrior with the fire sword on, does his magic attack matter at all? I believe for the CdG the red ones are physical damage and the blue ones are magic, but I wasn't sure if the boons or elemental damage was based on magic attack or what.

Anyone seeing any reason not to try for BGS with this one?

Hey guys this is my first time sending out for grading so I just wanted to talk with some people first. I was having trouble getting a good setup for proper pictures so are these ones even usable? Any advice on how to set up a good pre grading station? I know black labels are basically impossible but I think this has at least a chance to BGS 10.

Hey guys! I've been using tuna for a long time and never had any issues aside from the having to relog at times. But I went to record today and I cannot get my tuna file to read at all. I have tried creating a new tuna file to read from, relogging, redownloading tuna, just everything I can think to do. Anyone have any ideas how to get it back up?
