I Know i am way late on this Easter egg Ep 6

I was watching episode 6 when Lyonel is inviting Dunk back to Storms End and he says "we can hunt , hawk , sail, ... have you ever been to Tarth ?"

I cool nod to some asoiaf theories that Brienne is a descendant of Ducan the Tall. I know someone must have spotted this the moment it aired but I thought id throw some extra appreciation at good writing anyway.

Edit: GRRM confirmed brienne is a descendant

At long last , today's the day.

We've waited 2 years for season 3, for the Gullet, for the Dance to deepen, and it's finally here ! Havent had this much anticipation for a TV show to return in a long long time ! Enjoy the show everyone !

Questions for the book readers

We're a month out from S3 and I'm anticipating a lot of critiques, criticisms, and negativity from the fans. Criticisms for the show so far are often earned can also get excessive. I myself am optimistic about S3 , i certainly think it will be better than s2. I agree with grrm that the show is no longer telling his story. The show has passed the point of no return and can no longer tell that story as a whole. But there are certain events that I am really looking forward to seeing adapted on screen and am prepared to give what im calling "compartmentalized credit" where credit is due. ie If The Gullet or fish feed or tumbleton are really well done battles will you still be stoked on it ? For those of you that dislike the major story/character deviations re you still looking forward to S3 ?

Artwork by Sabin Boykinov , Fantasy Flight Games

So many spinoff shows coming out and they're all about the Targaryens. The Targaryens have a rich history, I love the lore, and im glad to see all these shows being made but I wonder, do you think we'll ever get another show about Ice ? The North, the wall, white walkers or another big event in northern Westerosi history. A series about Brandon the Breaker and Joramun Vs the Night's King would be my pick.

What "Ice" based story would you like to watch? What story would be well suited for an HBO spinoff ?
