Does anyone here positively, patriotically support the monarchy?

Hello Britons, I am technically a Brit myself but have lived in the United States since my family immigrated when I was a boy.

Most people I see who talk about this online seem to say that the monarchy should be kept because it doesn’t really do anything bad (mostly—Andrew) and changing it would be too much of a hassle just to fill the same role with elected politicians. Also, the monarchy provides lots of tourist money. I guess that all makes sense, but at the same time it’s not exactly a stirring example of patriotism.

So I guess I’m wondering how many people support the monarchy in a positive, sort of “Yes, this historic institution represents my country and has done for centuries, and I take pride in this,” way. Does this question make sense? Is this even a valid dichotomy or is it more nuanced than that? Thank you for your time and care!

Do enlisted personnel care about the Army Black Knights?

Hello soldiers, if this post isn’t allowed then I apologize!

I am a civilian college football fan, and I was wondering if enlisted personnel or otherwise any soldiers who didn’t attend West Point care about or support the Army Black Knights. Do you root for them? Are you invested in Army-Navy games? Are they seen as the Army’s team or just West Point’s? Thank you for your time (and service, if it’s not too trite for me to say)!
