It feels like almost every dermatologist I go to just kicks me out and is only there for five minutes max. Can someone please reccomend any good derms it can be anywhere in the United States please especially someone who can diagnose Rhinophyma
I’ve went to three dermatologists near me and they all just say to come back and one of them gave me a Metronidazole cream that didn’t even work. My nose is thickening so I’m pretty sure I have Rhinophyma. Can someone please refer me to someone who won’t waste my time.

I noticed that on my right side I kind of have a hump on the side ): I do have scoliosis so im sure it’s that. Does anyone know if there’s anything I can do / surgery to get rid of it or lower the appearance
