I’m a fairly new backup in a produce department at a store. I had gotten promoted from once being their peer to being responsible for decisions and delegation as the new assistant manager. My team lead is on vacation. We were short staffed the other day and had a call off resulting in extra workload. My coworker was helping in floral since the florist was on vacation. Floral and produce are a single entity. I had asked the woman on floral “hey after that cart of flowers could you hop on the floor, we’re falling behind and after we get caught up you can finish on floral.” She told me “No, I want to focus on floral today.” I felt my request was extremely fair and concise. After I went on lunch I was told she left because of a ”headache” leaving us even shorter handed. Now some of the team says I need to apologize. I hadn’t said anything wrong and just asked for help. She has been dead quiet to me since. I had multiple witnesses say I handled it well and was fair with my request.

Would it be stupid or cringe to build a belt rig for a tx22 with three mags and a dump pouch just for flat range or dry fire drills? I think it would be a fun way to “train” but if its stupid why should I waste the money.
