Ok so I’ve been researching about mounjaro and about Generics and semaglutide. Now Before I start my journey I want to understand what’s the difference between Mounjaro and the generics? And which is the best one to go for? There are so many options and honestly I’m extremely confused. Mounjaro kwikpen seems to be more expensive than the generics but does that mean that the generics are less effective?

Edit: just editing to say I’m NOT self medicating, I want to understand the difference in effects both had on different people. I’m yet to visit an endocrinologist but before I do, I want to know about it so I can ask informed questions and make informed decisions to the doctor.

I saw this car with a huge German shepherd inside and the owners turning around and constantly beating and abusing the poor dog. The car was just infront of my auto so saw this happening for at least 10 minutes.. the co passenger guy would turn around and punch this dog in the head all the while this dog was sitting calmly and not doing anything wrong.

I have taken a picture of the car and number plate. How can I report this guy????
