Hello there. I was looking for a True Photo variation Topps baseball card on eBay and came across a Ohtani/Sasaki 2025 Update Series card. It looks exactly like the base card but PSA has it labeled as True Photo.

The buyer at least purchased it at a reasonable price and didn’t fall for the mislabel. But how does PSA let it get through the whole process without catching something that obvious? Does the person submitting the card just put True Photo in their submission & PSA takes the bait? I’m genuinely curious. Hopefully the screenshots will help clarify.
