days without a smoke: 30 and feeling all the feels

so i hit the 30-day mark today and honestly, it's been a rollercoaster. some days are awesome, like i'm on top of the world, and other days are just tough. cravings sneak up when i least expect it. but, every time i resist, it feels like a mini victory. i keep reminding myself why i started this journey. anyone else feeling the highs and lows? would love to hear your stories!

30 days nicotine-free and still struggling

today marks a month since i quit and honestly, it's been a rollercoaster. some days i feel like a champ and others i just want to give in and grab a pack. the cravings are less intense but so frustrating. anyone else find it gets harder after the initial quit? just looking for some support and tips to keep pushing through. it feels good to share this. thanks everyone.

almost 6 months smoke-free and still surprised by how much energy i have

honestly, i didn’t know quitting would feel this good. i used to think cigarettes were my energy boost, but now i’m working out, tackling projects, and actually enjoying life. some days are tough, but the cravings don’t rule me anymore. if you're thinking about quitting, do it! you won’t regret it.

day 30 - feeling surprisingly good

hey everyone, just wanted to share that I hit the 30-day mark today without smoking! honestly didn't think I'd make it this far. it was tough at first, especially those cravings at random times, but I've found new coping strategies. like, I've started going for walks when I feel the urge. definitely not all rainbows yet, but it's getting easier. if you're struggling, just know it really does get better. keep pushing through!

leaf walk of the day

took a walk at lunch and the leaves finally turned that perfect shade of orange. i swear the park smelled like fall coffee and old books. watched a squirrel do the same tired route for 10 minutes, which somehow felt soothing. guess i needed a tiny nature update after a week of screens and emails.
