So, because my favorite SMP by far is getting shut down, i need a new server. Is there any server with

1. No Griefing, stealing or PVP (non-consentual)
2. Friendly community
3. QoL plugins
4. Usually ~3+ people active
5. 1.21.11?
6. NO APPLICATION PLEASE! I would be VERY happy to find a good one, if anyone has servers that fit the criteria, please tell me!!
