I've been waiting until I maxed out my enchanting to do this.

The riften warehouse thing.

It never stops. I've reinstalled the game, I've updated my driver, I've turned off Taa for fxaa, I've capped at 60fps. 😫

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core processor. 3.70 GHz.

RAM: 16 GB, 3200 MT/s.

Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 8gb.

Installed on an SSD.

Vanilla anniversary edition.

I also verified files, I got it on steam, and my drivers are up to date. Still happens.
