I went coral cave > aether ridge (echo) > torrid desert (echo) > badland (echo) > fractured gateway (echo) > cold storage > stormy coast (echo) > signal spire (echo) > shattered terrace. But in shattered terrace, I can't reach the echo (I can almost get into ripple space, but not quite) and I can't create my portal ("a presence already binds this place"). What should I do ?

I dunno what to pick. They are both the same price, and I like an accurate pistol. But is the accuracy change a lot ? What are the pros dans cons ? I already did some researches but I prefer to ask.
