It’s a bit of a July 4th tradition to watch Independence Day … right now, I’m watching the Special Edition version on laserdisc. It’s most certainly the definition of a “popcorn” movie!
Thought some of you might appreciate this find. I’ve been looking for a copy of this movie on VHS for a while now, ever since I saw it featured on BotW. But I definitely didn’t want to buy it on eBay for that $150-$250 price range. Couldn’t believe I saw it at a small store while doing some out of town thrifting here in Wisconsin. It was originally stickered at $2.99, but all of their VHS were 50 cents each, no matter what. So yeah, yesterday was a very good day!
