Another product fallen to skimpflation and shrinkflation, Tip Top bread has gone down in quality over the weekend as they changed their recipe and their packaging, yay another safe food ruined! They added more bulking agents :'l

Help identifying unusual, Unidentifiable bird sound not heard in my area, south Perth WA

I recorded a sound session this morning of a bird Ive never heard in my area before and was wondering if someone could identify it? Merlin bird id couldn't identify it and there is a noisy willy wag tail call in the audio too, but I need the much quieter bird identified at 13 seconds till 30 seconds into the audio clip, it very quiet so put your volume up as needed to hear it, thanks!
