Anybody have any idea what I’ve just stumbled upon. MP’s are visible in the beginning and then again at the end returning fire.

Shooting took place at Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area, One Dead, Multiple injured including SM’s. No further info at this time.
Currently a new USAR AGR and just planning for the future as my family eventually wants to return to Ohio where family is at in 6-7 years.
Is it possible to go from title 10 army reserve AGR to title 32 Ohio national guard AGR in one easy swoop?
From what I understand, while I’m on title 10 I apply to an OHNG open AGR position and got accepted I’d submit Refrad to HRC stating I have an open position for me (if they accept)and then just PCS like normal back to Ohio?
I love the program, love my job, love the people. It’s done great things for my family so far, just planning out so I don’t keep kicking the can down the road.
