So just like the title says, I'm confused as to why my wheels are doing this ? Just want to know why or what the cause is and how I'd go about a remedy for the problem.

A bit of context, I've just put some cheap drift wheels on and they wobble when they're on and tightened up, they're the correct hex size and the correct diameter, everything is the right size.

Would it be as simple as putting a few wheel washers on and hey presto ?

As the title says, I'm in dire need of some help. I've attached some photos of my problem to help the imagination. The doorframe has split pretty much all the way upwards and downwards from the latch and the latch has basically fallen out because of it. I'm open to whatever ideas or tips you guys have got for me and any suggestions are welcome.

Just to clarify - The only power tool I own is a drill, I do however own a range of other tools if they can be used in any way to fix this.

I've just upgraded the motor mount and put the speed pinion on but I'm unsure of how this is sitting/looking
