Property valuation

Does anybody know some legitimate and independent RE evaluation companies, and does any one know if this is a registered occupation?

It’s not that bad

So since I see a lot of people making general complaints in the along the lines of ‘go back to your own country’ (Filipino) and ‘this country is a sh-thole’ (expat) I thought give my perspective on this.

So why is it not that bad at all:

Filipino -

Your GDP consists of 10% remittances. That’s a significant amount of money flowing in. Now if those OFW’s also should go back to their own country it’s not exactly beneficial to you. Let’s not make that a vice versa thing.

Every expat that lives here and gets paid by a foreign employer essentially pushes money back in the economy by spending. That means jobs, production, wages etc.

Without these expats there wouldn’t be any professional upside in certain sectors. Like IT and Healthcare also there are a lot of foreign business owners that give employment.

Now for expats-

Yes I know there’s traffic and it suck’s but you can always decide to move to Mumbai and experience it there. There’s no way around it that countries have upsides and downside.

Filipinos are not just ‘after your money’ as a matter of fact most are kind and hard working people but don’t get paid a fair salary. Ofcourse if you are living amongst the line of barely holding on people will tend to be a bit more money oriented. But that’s not different in New York, Paris or Beijing.

If you sign up for a 30 year age gap relationship then just accept that she’s probably not with you for the looks. Just keep it real grandpa.

Yes there are brownouts, red tape and things are in general a bit different. But your cost of living goes down significantly. Nobody asked you to live here and be mad about everything. Just go to where things suit you better.

So I mean I understand that complaining is good and can help sometimes but there are also upsides for both parties,
