When is meltdown verbal abuse?
When I'm tired I automatically summon all my strenght to superfocus to get things done. When someone distracts my focus, I start yelling at them. It's like I walk with a pan of hot water cooked delayed as in a microwave. The person grabbing my attention feels like grabbing my arm and I explode spilling over on them.
It's always the same friend with a dumb comment saying he was trying to help me. It looks like he just can't handle the disconnect as when my late cat used to pound the bathroom door yelling to be let in. Explaining isn't stopping him so I won't have him stay over anymore cause I realised yelling is verbal abuse. Any advice how I can recognize me going into superfocus?
