So this morning I got a message from both my bank and TF that autorenew had failed. I am on a 1Gb data per month plan but still had a significant amount from previous yearly renewal plans. So now it is stated by chat that the data is wiped out at the end of the month and replaced by 1Gb for the next month. That is either incorrect or a new policy. Was unable to get my data back that was carried over from the yearly plans. I carried that over for moths even on the monthly plan. Be aware!
