After I made the helm last week, why not spend 15 hours making a pun

This was apart of an art trade
The receiver exchanged tattoo hours by themselves for this and I was so happy they asked me to make it
It was a struggle painting the eye as glass paint is an absolute nightmare to work with but I'm really pleased with the finished project :)

I drew up like 10 different versions of perspectives, shattered glass effects, border shapes etc
It's a big ol' flail at 19" x 12"
I used H came on the edge with twisted came inside it as I don't like the gaps a regular twisted edge shows
The background glass is Oceansides Fusers Reserve Ember and the spikes are bullseye irid accordion
I have the worst ADHD and I get decision fatigued trying to come up with projects

So I've started doing a roll for stained glass thing once a week

I got: Fandom, Books, Must contain grey

It's probably too niche for most but thought I'd post it here where people might appreciate seeing it ♥️

I thought the red wispy sky glass was sorta cool for the red sun catching the ash falling?

Praying mantises don't all follow the same religion.
They're in sects.
After the gothic pink mandala went to go live in its new home, it left a hole in my lil goth soul
And after the rainbow one is still burning my retinas, I wanted to make something abit more "me"

That opal art liquorice swirl on the outside edge was unreasonably hard to break, the lesser problematic cousin on the inside (black, white, clear baroque) behaved so much better
But I think it was worth it :)

But I made an exception for this one

And my ADHD riddled self is tired of making decisions
So I did a roll for stained glass thing earlier today and this is what I ended up making after the options I rolled :)
I think it's pretty cute, but it was way more effort than I anticipated 😅
This is my 3rd ever lamp and it was a custom commission, based on my last design. But that was out of their price range being 256 pieces, so I did my best to make one to fit their budget.
But... then I used Dichroic for the bow knot because it's their fourth custom order from me and they deserved a little ✨razzle dazzle✨ for being the best.
I think it turned out super cute given the limitations I had to work within 🥰
65 hours total.
I am ded.
But it's so pretty 🥰
