Does the weapon cancel actually drop their ceaseless to the bottom of the deck?

Or is my opponent is just lucky for 3 straight turns?

So my opponent plays Polket then cancel the draws which was Ceaseless, then he play the taunt minion at that turn and immediately gets ceaseless.
