I've been attending community college since this past fall. My fall and spring semesters were both covered by Pell grants. For the summer semester they offered both the Pell Grant and loans.I accepted the subsidized loans. This is my first time ever taking loans.

I did the entrance counseling but the financial aid office is showing that it's only for the 2026-2027 school year, and they need it for 2025-2026. They said I need to update it.

I tried to see if there was a way to change the year on the student aid website, but I don't see a way.

Has anyone dealt with this issue and know what to do? Thanks!

So I recently bought an open box Asus rog flow z13 from best buy online, I thought at the time it was the best sale/ price they would do. However after raising the price back up to msrp, they have now dropped it lower than it was even when I bought it. The app allowed me to do a price match for a new item, but I would really like to be able to get refunded down to the current open box price, considering the item I originally bought was an open box. It's a $300 difference.

I've spoken to support, but they just keep repeating the same no open box price matching policy to me, which I understand but still, it's their own website and pricing.

Does anyone with any inside knowledge maybe know something I could do? Thanks!
