What to prioritize first in upgrade, bang for buck. (Ram,Monitor,Desk)

Should i aim to upgrade my RAM, monitor (downgrade resolution) or desk first?

Current set up is: GTX 4070, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32gb DDR4 3200 mhz,

Monitor is MAG 274AURFW, 4k native 160hz refresh rate. I used to have a MSI G274QRFW 1440p 160hz refresh rate but when i RMA'd it because it stopped working, they replaced it with my current 4k, gaming on 4k with my current set up has caused me to lose a lot of FPS.

I noticed my desk is also too high up, about 4-4.5 inches above my elbow resting spot which is giving my wrist cramps after long sessions.

If i do go for a monitor i'd probably downgrade to a 1440p oled 240hz

Can i keep using my 15 year old HDD (Not my Boot up drive)

Is there any problem with having my old HDD still running in my PC? I think i only have old videos, pictures, downloads ect.. in there.

My current set up:

I have an old WD WD2002FAEX-007BA0 - 2TB HDD. back when i had my first personal PC.

- Samsung 850 Evo SSD which is currently booting windows (I got it around 2016) it still boots windows pretty quick (prob 10-20s didn't time it)

- WD_Black SN850X 1TB NVMe SSD - I keep all my games on here

I have not defragged any of them as far as i remember. (maybe i should?)

Edit:

I checked CrystalDisk aftrer suggestion from comments and found this:

- 15 yr HDD - Health Status Caution, Uncorrectable sector count: 307, 47*C temp, 76k power on hours
- the SSD 850 EVO says - good 29% 38*C Temp, 50k power on hours
- nNVMe - 98% good 46*C Temp

HD600 Replacement Cables, which one to choose

I've tried multiple brands, every year i have to replace them as one sides audio starts to cuts out and i have to buy new replacement cables around once a year. At this point I've probably spent as much on cables as I could a new headphone. The ones i've bought are around 20-40$

These are the ones im looking at, any opinions or other suggestions is appreciated.
