Ghosts aren't able to be seen and heard by the living because they are unable to manifest corporeal plane or only exist in an extremely different plane. They are allowed to meet other ghosts and astral projections in the other plane (astral plane), but they aren't strong enough to be seen by other humans. Only animals can interact with the astral plane even though they live in the physical plane.
If ghosts can date living humans, that means it's perfectly normal and okay. It's not just spectrophilia, it's necrophilia since ghosts are dead.
How come dream ghosts only appear when humans sleep? Aren't they supposed to haunt people's dreams as they dream walk like Freddy Krueger? 🤔

If LotLot ever had favorite ghosts from Ghostbusters, then it has to be Slimer, Muncher, Ivo Shandor, the Library ghost, Melody, Egon Spengler's ghost, The Grundel, The Sandman and the Boogieman.
The term "anchored" means for a ghost to be tied to the same place they died in. Wasn't it like in American Horror Story where the ghosts can't leave Murder House meaning they were anchored/tied to it meaning it's the same place they died in and now they're haunting it. I remember in Beetlejuice where the Maitlands are anchored/tied to the house where they can't leave which means they haunt their own home.
