Mom glove?

My newly 4 year old son just started at a baseball camp and I want to get a glove to play catch with him (not that he can actually catch the ball yet 😅 but we are working on it)

I’m super excited- I played softball in high school and love playing catch. I have literally been researching all day but would love some suggestions.

I live in NYC and there is no Dick’s near me. I plan on swinging by Paragon on my way home from work to try some gloves on but I prefer to buy something used on eBay. I’m hoping to spend under $50 and really don’t want to have to break a glove in.

I was leaning towards a Mizuno 12.5 inch or a Rawlings player preferred 12.5 inch. But then I discovered that fast-pitch gloves are softball gloves and have smaller hand holes-I do have hands on the smaller side, but also haven’t really had a problem using any old baseball glove I have borrowed in the past.

Thanks in advance!

Just got some multifocal contacts…

I’m on day 4 and I think up to now im pretty happy with how they work, and I am surprised how quickly I’m getting used to them. What is weird is that my left eye is working great- like I almost feel like I’m completely used to it. However my right eye almost feels like the rx is wrong for when I am trying to see up close. Is that normal? Could I need a different level of magnification for my right eye?

Also, how close to my face can I expect to be able to hold my phone / read with my contacts?
