Announcing this tomorrow! London August 8th (Day after Takanaka festival)

The Papaya Afterparty is returning after the sold out event on March 31st!

Izumi “Mimi” Kobayashi (Keys player for Takanaka for many years, including Rainbow Goblins Live and the Santana concert) will be returning after her awesome set back in March. There’s also a special guest to be announced. And we’ll have a live Japanese Jazz Fusion band playing too! Check out the event page for more updates:

Posts with incorrect information may be removed, nothing personal

I have started noticing incorrect information appearing in many AI search results online regarding Takanaka that are sourced to posts/comments in this sub, mainly in search engines with AI summaries, especially in relation to his equipment and gear.

To help reduce this and stop people from being misinformed I will be occasionally removing comments and posts I see that are appearing in these search results containing inaccurate information (some of which obviously came from AI itself)

If you’re attempting to do research on Takanaka I recommend you do not use AI tools to do this as currently they’re very inaccurate on this topic.

In the next few weeks I will be publishing an asset to help anyone who intends to learn about Takanaka, especially equipment and gear. I look forward to sharing it with you guys soon.

My prediction: Cory Wong

From Takanaka’s recent interview with Spotify. I know him and Wong are friends so fingers crossed 🤞 Cory also covered a sadistic Mika band song in London recently

Cool edit my videographer made of the London afterparty with Izumi “Mimi” Kobayashi, capturing the vibes! It was such a sick night, thanks to everyone who came <3

Filled up this tank yesterday. Noticed this today when I came home from work. Air coming up from behind the sealant? This is my first tank in about 10 years so not sure if this is normal.
