Just a summary so I applied for a CTBC loan last April and of course, the agent was very accommodating, and every other steps went smoothly from CI to work, residence and everything . But the thing is, last April I was still on probationary status at my new job, so I told my agent if she could wait until May when I would be a regular employee. I did become regular last month, so I had my bank loan application resumed. But sadly, a week ago, the last update from my agent was that my application is with the fraud department because I submitted two regularization letters – one from my boss and one from HR. They said the regularization letter should come from HR, which is true (I had a regularization letter from my boss because my agent advised me last April, during my fifth month, to just provide a letter to support what I was saying, so I did that, but in the end, it wasn’t okay for the application because the credit investigators insisted that the regularization letter really should come from HR). Fast forward to last week, this is my conversation with my agent because the fraud department decided that I needed to have my HR disregard the regularization letter from my boss. They wanted my HR to email me to disregard the reg letter from my boss, but HR said they don’t do that kind of email because that’s personal stuff, and I agree with that.
So my question to all the CTBC agents here on Reddit is, can someone explain if this scenario is considered ghosting or what? I’m waiting for an answer, but there’s nothing at all… so is this ghosting? Has my application been denied? There’s been no communication... I had a conversation with someone here who works under CTBC, and she helped me check the status, and she said the status in the bank's system is “awaiting," but I don’t know why my agent is so nonchalant. I don’t know if I can expect anything or what; I can’t apply again because it might double in the system if I apply again with the help of another agent. So what now? Huhuhuhelp

Hi everyone! Has anyone here had their salary stretch from CTBC Bank approved? And how long does it usually take to get approved and released? I've read a lot about how fast their process is, but mine has really taken a while; it's probably been about two months today.

If you have any suggestions for other banks or private lenders that release money quickly, please share!
