Replace compressor?

2006 Mustang GT
AC eventually turns warm after a month or so.

I believe I had/have a blockage in my ac lines because when vacuuming lines at 0psi the condenser exploded (The side leading to the evap/orifice tube) with a good bit of oil when disconnecting.

There is a photo of my old condenser and tube. I have yet to actually find a leak of oil or scent with sniffer anywhere along the system. The tube seems to be gunked up and a random black plastic piece caught on it too. I dont see metal though, would this still warrant for a compressor replacement?

Attempting to track down the issue to warm air blowing in my 2006 Mustang GT.

What Ive done so far:
Ive held a 5hr long -30psi vacuum no issues.
Ran UV oil and circulated for about a few months, no oil anywhere.
Walked a sniffer down all the lines, nothing.
The dash is pulled out and I havent checked the heater yet but the evap looks in great shape from the side I can see, also nothing from sniffer.

Context:
The ac blows cold for about a month until you can notice it slowly losing its cool.

After that, it blows lukewarm and my cabin kind of has a lingering musty smell (similar to forgotten laundry)

The compressor kicks on and works to my best knowledge.

I just changed my condenser and it was in pretty bad shape (see picture)

During my process, I tried to vacuum the lines and best I could do was 10psi low and 0psi high after an hr. Upon disconnecting the line from the condenser leading to the compressor, oil and uv dye exploded all over me. Easily over 12oz of fluid everywhere.

So that leads to my question, do I have an extremely small leak or a blockage? No other shop has yet to find the issue and I typically handle the issue by vacuum and refill every summer, but I want an actual fix now. All help will be awesome and appreciate, thank you in advance.
