My Panasonic NV-GS27 won't turn on
I have my grandpa's Panasonic NV-GS27 Camcorder but the problem is that it won't turn on. Even the battery is healthy and i also measured it with my multimeter, the battery is fine but the camcorder won't turn on.
I asked chatgpt about the issue and it said that i have to recap.

Bypass with ESP32
I have a NAVEE V25i PRO but the problem is that it's bluetooth locked, i mean the scooter is already paired to the previous owner's account, i bought the scooter used and the previous owner said that he already deleted his scooter on Navee app, but is it possible to bypass the Scooter's bluetooth lock with an ESP32, so i can pair my scooter with my phone?
And also i have a spare Battery from my old WQW4 Pro that is 10.4ah, Navee V25i PRO's battery is 5.1ah, is it possible to swap the batteries, so i can get longer range
