This small spot on my left thumb

For like a week or so, I get these small muscle spasms underneath my left thumb. Some are small like the ones in the video, others like one I had earlier today looked like a crater where it would twitch. And there was a common theme with these twitches, I get the big one that lasts anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds at a time and then this series of smaller spasms that last like 3 seconds.

I have a small understanding of these spasms and know that PD is something I can almost definitely rule out, and I do also have some pretty bad habits that aren’t helping either — I game a lot both on controller and keyboard, I drink like 2-3 Dr Peppers a day with some water in between, my sleep schedule is kinda dead in the water as of late, and I do type on my phone quite a bit

My job also has me work with my hands like all the time, and to get into specifics I work at a pizza restaurant where I help with stretching dough, making the pizzas, and washing dishes during evening and closing hours which is essentially my specialty. These spasms have also given quite a bit of stress or anxiety which in turn are causing more spasms which DEFINITELY doesn’t help in the slightest

All these points in mind, I suspect these are just caused by the various triggers in my day-to-day and it’s probably just some double nothing burger no pickles, but if there’s another underlying issue that’s why I’m posting here

When I sign up for a Cricket Wireless eSIM plan, is the contact number used for signing up the same as the number I’d be getting?

I’ve tried looking this up already, but Google’s bullshit AI is genuinely so unhelpful, and I’m paranoid that I’d be messing something up if I misunderstand what the “contact number” is that I need to sign up
