GUYSSS Need help with - ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 + MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi
Hey everyone, building my first PC and running into a fan header situation. Here's my setup:
Motherboard: MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi
it has :
1x CPU_FAN1
1x PUMP_SYS1
4x SYS_FAN1 to 4
Cooler**:** ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360
Cables coming out of it:
1x PUMP
1x VRM (small fan on the pump head)
1x cable for all 3 radiator fans combined
Case fans: 5x 4-pin PWM fans
My plan so far:
PUMP PUMP_SYS1
VRM CPU_FAN1 (but I'm not sure for this one maybe can change with Radiator ?)
Radiator fans (x3 on one cable) SYS_FAN1
2x case fans daisy-chained SYS_FAN2
2x case fans daisy-chained SYS_FAN3
1x case fan SYS_FAN4
but I've read that each SYS_FAN header supports around 1A max. The 3 radiator fans on one cable might exceed that. Also daisy-chaining 2 fans per header for the case fans soo is that safe?
Is a PWM fan hub the only real solution here? Or am I overthinking it? Any advice appreciated!
