OXR1 peeps i heard there was a brawl, anybody know the reason why they fought? Lmaooo me and my nosy ass

Has anybody or do you know anybody who has a done an engagement/proposal at either Serra Cross Park, Ventura Botanical Garden or Lake Casitas Picnic Grounds? If yes, what are the permit requirements or fees because i’m planning on proposing soon and these locations are on my list, mainly Lake Casitas because thats where we met. I just need 1 hour and I hired a photographer who is from Ventura County as well and I don’t want us to get fined if we do a photoshoot at said locations. I just wanna hear from people first before i start making phone calls. Thank you in advance you guys!
