Planning a Co-Living Setup in Avida Turf, thoughts?

Hi everyone, just wanted to get your thoughts and see if there’s interest for this setup.

I have a few 2BR and 3BR units in Avida Turf that I’m planning to convert into shared condos with private bedrooms. Each room would be rented out individually for around ₱20k/month.

Included:
Bed frame
Mattress
Cabinet
Association dues

Utilities (electricity, water, internet) would be excluded and split among tenants.

Would anyone here be interested in this kind of setup if ever? Open to feedback as well. 🙂

Curious lang, I watched her vlog w her mom, apparently may gf sya nung college na she cheated on w someone from Ms. Earth. And sila yung nakapag seal the deal sa sexuality nya. No hate towards her ha, mukha namang nag grow na sya, and she said she’s the one who came clean dun sa girl about it.
